Your chapter gets an incredible sponsored formal. We get real feedback that makes it better for all of greek life. That is the exchange and why we can offer this level of value.
How do we actually choose our hotel and venue?
Once your initial payment is complete our staff will schedule an onboarding call with your chapter. On that call you will browse hotel and venue options for your destination, compare them side by side, and choose what works best. Your chapter will be able to send payment requests to every member to split the cost, choose roommates, download digital itineraries, and more. Nothing is signed until you approve the exact package and per couple price. You are always in control.
When do we pay again after the initial payment?
With the sponsorship, your $1,000 today covers the deposit for your next two formals. After that, there is no more upfront cost from the chapter. Your brothers pay their own share directly through the platform when it is time to split payments. We set the collection dates with you.
What is the 40 couple minimum and why does it exist?
The sponsorship requires a minimum of 40 couples to hold a group block. This is what makes it possible for us to negotiate the best rates and fund a sponsorship of this kind. If your chapter cannot hit 40 couples, the Planning Only option is the right fit.
Can the chapter pay this from our chapter account?
Yes. The initial payment can be made on your chapter card or bank account, or you can use Klarna to pay a little now and the rest later.
How do brothers pay their share?
Brothers pay their own share directly through our system. No Venmo chasing. No spreadsheets. Automatic payment reminders go out to members who have not paid. The rooming list is generated automatically once payments are collected.
Do you carry insurance we can show our university?
Yes. We carry $2MM in event liability coverage and can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your university risk management or national HQ on request. Reach out to our staff after payment.

Either way the payment goes toward your formal and brings down your per couple price, and you build and lock in your own pricing with our team every step of the way.
