1. Acceptance
By booking with GreekFormal or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
2. Our Services
We arrange VIP sponsorships, negotiate group rates, and manage event logistics for collegiate chapters. Your personalized proposal will list venue, hotel, add-ons, schedule, and total costs.
3. Payment & Cancellation
Initial Deposit
– $200 per couple (Total deposit = number of couples you agree to × $200) to reserve rates, go to contract, and complete/deliver our services. – Cancel any time before paying this deposit at no charge.
Final Balance
– Once the initial deposit is paid, no refunds or cancellations.
– Remaining balance due on your final invoice date.
Walk-Away Option
– The cancellation fee is your total deposit (number of couples × $200). No other payments are due if you walk away before we deliver your initial group travel options.
Service Rendering
– Services are considered rendered when we deliver your initial group travel options.
Venue & Vendor Charges**
– Any damages or fees assessed by the hotel or venue will be passed directly to your chapter. If the hotel or venue charges GreekFormal’s account, we reserve the right to charge the chapter’s card on file for those amounts.
4. Dispute Resolution
Informal First
We’ll always try to resolve any issue by direct discussion.
Mandatory Mediation
If informal talks fail, you and GreekFormal will submit the dispute to a non-legal, third-party mediation service selected by GreekFormal.
Costs are initially split 50/50.
The party determined to be at fault pays the full mediation fee.
This mediation is final and binding; you waive any right to sue in court or bring any other legal action under this agreement.
Arbitration & Litigation Fallback
If the chosen mediation service is unavailable or you fail to respond to our dispute resolution request, GreekFormal may, at its sole discretion, pursue recovery of any losses via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, litigation in the courts specified below, or both.
5. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any court action (if arbitration or mediation cannot proceed) must be filed in the federal or state courts in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
